We felt it was time to reconnect with our base again and hope everybody is having a good start to their summer. There are several items we wanted to inform you about – if not clarify – what happens with personal information and the order process.
Let’s start with the login account that’s located on the checkout page at www.duckcreeksportinggoods.com. You do NOT need a login account to make a purchase. When you DO create a login account, you’ll fill out a form to include your name, shipping address, phone number and email address. All of these fields are necessary for shipping your order and ONLY the shipping address is stored, nothing else. In the future, we may investigate the ability of viewing your purchase history, but currently, this option is not available. Payment information will NEVER be stored. It is always more secure to order through a secure website (which ours is) than to do a phone order.
There are plenty of companies that mine their customer’s data, but we are not one of them. Data mining, in simple terms, is the process of analyzing /searching large data sets for patterns and trends and turning those findings into business insights and predictions).
Shipment tracking information is emailed to you once a shipping label is generated. This is an email that you as a customer receive, it is sent to the same email used on your order so please keep track of that email. Please look in your Junk, Spam folder or Trash if you do not find it. Accidently deleting an email does occur! I can find a tracking number and find your order, but I cannot regenerate that email.
It is safe to say at this point in the year, that if any of the big component manufacturers have made available the products that were intended to be released this year, they have done so. There probably won’t be anything new coming from them for the rest of the year. However, Atlas Development Group (ADG) is scheduled to release 270 WSM and 6.8 Western in late July, and we will have both. That being said, if it is not in stock at Duck Creek Sporting Goods – odds are it is not currently available.

America has been greatly affected by multiple events in the last 4 years and unfortunately, has affected lifestyles and spending habits. As we approach Independence Day, let’s remember to be thankful for the freedoms that we still have at this time. They were paid with the ultimate price – life. We may be fighting to keep them.
