Please keep in mind that rifle action strength varies with manufacture date and design.  Many reloading publications will classify by “weaker” that should not exceed 13,700 CUP and “stronger” actions that can be loaded to 22,000 CUP.  Winchester 1873 (including most replicas), Whitney-Kennedy, Colt-Burgess, Marlin 1888, Colt Lightning, Remington Model 2 Rolling-Block, Ballard No. 2 and Stevens Model 44 single Shot are examples of “weaker” actions.  Cast bullets typically range from 180 to 200-grains.
