HISTORY: The 327 Federal brass is a beefed up lengthened version of the 32 H&R Magnum therefore both cartridges can be loaded from the same die set.  It was designed as a personal defense cartridge. It has light recoil making it easy to handle due to firing light weight bullets at high velocities. The 327 also has potential as a small game cartridge.  Uses small pistol primers.
