HISTORY:  When introduced in 1968 the 240 Weatherby Magnum became the  fastest factory production 6 mm rifles and has a reputation on being  very accurate.   The Weatherby version 24 caliber rifle was based on original case design, similar in size to a 30-06 with a belt.  Slow burning powders provide the best results in speed and accuracy.
